There are many reasons why the Wi-Fi in your classroom may be slow. One reason can be that too many devices are connected to your closest access point or students may have other internet services running simultaneously.
We recommend that you follow these steps:
Ask your students to turn their phones to airplane mode if possible, during class
Ask your students to close any web site that may be intensely using Wi-Fi connection, such as Spotify
Ask students to close any other web browser tabs which may be consuming Wi-Fi bandwidth (i.e. Youtube, etc.
If none of the above help, please contact your local IT department.
