I have just checked your account and one of your classes appears to be archived, could you send me an email to email@example.com and let me know which class it is you are having problems with? Also, if you include in the email the email address of one of the students who is having issues, I can take a closer look at this problem.
Are your students using laptops, iPads or Chromebooks?
