We have listening activities and reading activities. Since the aim of these activities is different, we keep these separate, so we generally won't have an audio recording of the text unless it's part of a listening exercise.
That being said, there's nothing stopping you from copying the text and using a tool such as a text-to-speech reader (there are several online). These are great tools for learners with disabilities, but I would not recommend them for anyone else given the quality of the audio is likely to be robotic, unnatural and not representing the original intention of the text, which is a problem when the aim of the text is to learn the language itself.
